U.S. describes as "very serious" allegations of Colombia and urges restraint.

Washington, July 23 .- The Assistant Secretary of the U.S. to Latin America, Arturo Valenzuela, today described as "very serious" allegations of Colombia on the presence of guerrillas in Venezuela, and urged dialogue and to avoid an escalation of tensions.
