What do you think of low-calorie diet?
Dr. David Elia: The hypocaloric diet is a strategy that is slow. It is difficult to lose more than a kilo and a half to two pounds per month, continuing to eat properly, but less. I see in my practice that three women reached its target goal after many months or a year, gaia gold,this type of scheme.
