What do you think of low-calorie diet?

Dr. David Elia: The hypocaloric diet is a strategy that is slow. It is difficult to lose more than a kilo and a half to two pounds per month, continuing to eat properly, but less. I see in my practice that three women reached its target goal after many months or a year, gaia gold, this type of scheme. And for good reason, this strategy is starving and frustrating it is necessary to avoid for months all the high-calorie foods that we all love, like pastries, Fries, etc..

It may thus develop eating disorders, Guilt, not to mention the negative impact on the environment of these women in a perpetual diet.

For these reasons and for my part, I recommend instead protein diet.

Like hypocaloric dietThis diet should be coordinated by the doctor.

A universe graphically strong as that of Bioshock could not find a result that through an equally strong theme. The ideology of Sofia Lamb, between communism and the Manson Family, is more politicized than the cult of the family unit deviant. The duo Big Daddy / Little Sister, this forced relationship and conditioned, is central to the plot because it is the primary motivation of the hero.
