What do you think of low-calorie diet?

Dr. David Elia: The hypocaloric diet is a strategy that is slow. It is difficult to lose more than a kilo and a half to two pounds per month, continuing to eat properly, but less. I see in my practice that three women reached its target goal after many months or a year, gaia gold,this type of scheme. And for good reason, this strategy is starving and frustrating it is necessary to avoid for months all the high-calorie foods that we all love, like pastries, Fries, etc..

It may thus develop eating disorders, Guilt, not to mention the negative impact on the environment of these women in a perpetual diet.

Exercises waist: A few precautions prior
